About Us

Our company was established in 2019 just before COVID hit the U.S with the intent of building a family-based business in general contracting. We saw there was a shortage of these services in our local area of Astoria, Oregon that cared about the work and the customer. Too many people needed smaller-scale jobs done, installations, repairs, etc., with no companies able to fulfill the requests without hurting the customer’s wallet.

After years of building relationships with contractors in the area who couldn’t fulfill all the projects themselves - we started up Highwater Construction to bring together quality tradesmen to accomplish projects as a team. We take pride in our name and reputation in the community as such, we frequently sponsor local teams and events to promote the region and families who live here.
